Check out this sweet new poster that debuted at Wondercon. For tech-geeks, it’s ultra cool – showing all three armors from the film: The original Mark I, The prototype Mark II and the final red & gold Mark III Iron Man armor.

The poster gives the most detailed look yet at the original armor and the not seen very often seen all silver Mark II, all from the same angle.
I’m going to see if I can score a few copies to give away here on Screen Rant, but no guarantees!

This is phenomenal. I’ve been loving the new photos relased from the film every so often, but this poster is my new favourite item that has been released in a while. I love the juxtaposition of each stage of the armour.

Yeah, Mark 2 is pretty awesome-looking. Mark 3 looks a little too plasticized.

I sure hope we get a Irom Man POV when Stark is looking thru the helmet, aka terminator vision.
I don’t care for Mark 2. It’s too similar to 3. I’d prefer it look more like an intermediate between 1 and 3. And i’d have it mostly gold to be more similar to the comic.

This poster is cool, I still like the Red and gold, the plain one is weird.
That’s definetly not the most detailed look of the mark 1 or ‘original’ armour. Not only is it on show quite prominently in the trailers, but superherohype posted a picture of the full armour suit Stan Winston made when it was on display at a convention. If you go over to the site and check out their full Iron Man coverage it’ll be there somewhere.
I’ve seen plenty of images of the grey clunker armor but never that close-up on the helmet that shows such detail that you can make out pits in the metal and they ragged cutting edge along the collar area.
