evil dead 1 – bruce campbell was great obviously. but i also love the hot actresses betsy baker(linda), ellen sandweiss (cheryl), theresa tilly (shelly). they were all great; especially betsy baker and ellen sandweiss. great movie.

evil dead 2 – bruce=perfect. i love sarah berry/annie knowby and she was a great actress; and i mean great and hot too. she was even more prettier than the first evil dead chicks. she was rich with money, talent , and hotness (yes). lou handcock was scary and funny as henrietta knowby. sam raimi’s brother ted raimi played the possessed henrietta. kassie depaiva/bobbie joe was like the extreme damsel in distress. she was sassy, a little tough, but mostly damsel in distress. but it was perfect for evil dead 2. and she was also hot. the only thing i didn’t like about evildead 2 was one of the posters for the film. the one with the skull with human eyes ”what was up with that”. great movie.

army of darkness (originally was going to be called evil dead 3 in the original script, but producers thought the title was being used to much. and didn’t go with the film like a title like army of darkness did) is good, scary, funny, and entertaining. i dont think it was great like evil dead 1 & 2. i like embeth davidtz as sheila. notice how i said like and not love. because i dont love her character like the ladies from evil dead 1 & 2. she just wasn’t that interesting to me like the other girls. i like the innocence and vulnerability of the ladies from evil dead 1 & 2. sheila just didn’t have that; to me she felt too strong. which is a good thing, because i think strong women can be sexy too. but for this kind of movie it doesn’t work; not for me anyways. nowadays movies and actresses have changed. but in the past tough chicks made the hero look weaker. good movie.

i think evil dead 2 is both a sequel and remake to evil dead. what makes it a sequel is that it continues the story for the beloved characters. what makes it a remake is that ash’s girlfriend linda died in evil dead. therefore its impossible to return for evil dead 2.i dont know why sam raimi kept on changing linda with different actresses; especially from evil dead 2 to army of darkness.

i love the fact that raimi cast his younger brother ted raimi in all three films (sam your a great guy). ted raimi played three characters in army of darkness. ted played cowardly warrior, second supportive villager, s-mart clerk (wow, very cool).

patricia tallman played the possessed witch in army of darkness. and before that she also played barbara in night of the living dead; which is a remake of the original night of the living dead (1968).another one of my favorite horror films. some sat the original is better other like me say different.

Yeah I totally agree Deadpool, Vin should stay far away from Comedies and just do Riddick films.
I totally loved Chronicles of Riddick!

I doubt they would do a sequel to Army of Darkness that took place after the alternate ending. Did anyone see that? It was pretty good, I wish they would have left it as the ending. Guess it bothered test audiences or something. Whatever.

I think it’s all up to Raimi. Why don’t we postpone the next two spiderman films and work on another Army of Darkness?

I know that Diesel wants to do another Riddick,,, (I’m hoping!). It would be great to see Campbell in the underverse.

Are they making another Chronicles of Riddick? I guess Campbell would be good in it. Course, I think he would be good in anything. My Campbell fandom falls just short of mancrush.

Just kidding, but I seriously think he is my favorite non-dramatic actor. The sense of cockiness and that smart a** sense of humor, that never gets old.

Bruce is the greatest. Bubbah ho Tep was a fantastic story made so much more watchable by the chin himself!

I’d rather see these guys work on something more creative than another remake of Evil Dead. Call me crazy.
