  1. Not that I know this to be 100% true or not, but watching that video piece about The Avengers made me think that those guys are complete butt kissers of the Dark Knight trilogy. How come there was no video about all the mistakes Nolan did with his last film in that series….Hmmmm?

    • It seems all I heard was criticism of rises, definitely no “butt kissing” there. I do think avengers got sort of a pass based on how much fun it was.

      • The reason for the criticism is because once again another comicbook movie extended into a 3 film trilogy failed to deliver in the last chapter like so many other franchises.

        • Not to be smart, but there are many who feel the TDKR was a great ending. It seemed like your comment was a generalization about eveyone’s opinion. If I read your comment wrong or out of context, sorry.

          • I never speak for anybody else. However, based on what I’ve read about Nolan’s franchise so far from other criticizers I am definitely not alone in how I feel.

            • Good to know.

    • @Broadway

Actually, the guys who did that Avengers bashing movie are a relatively new channel. They only started last week and have only released 2 videos, one bashing Amazing Spider-Man, and one bashing Avengers. So I wouldn’t be surprised if they release one bashing TDKR also.

  2. Funny stuff today…Avengers had me laughing.

AT-AT cloud is sweet, I keep looking out the window hoping to see a X-Wing cloud, lol.

  3. Haha the Looper video is hilarious.

  4. I couldn’t get a minute into the damn Avengers thing. Well over half the “gripes” stem from them missing the point of the entire thing, that it purposefully discards realism in favor of fun

    • As I said before, they probably just watched it to pick out faults rather than except it for what it was meant to be. Avenger Haters!!!

  5. Wow. That Looper video… just….umm… wow. Collegehumor certainly has some interesting ideas…

  6. A lot of stuff to like today.
One thing I didn’t get was in the Jimmy Kimmel bit, what was so funny about the 2 birthdays? The names didn’t seem humorous so I must be missing something.

The animated fan Punisher film was awesome.

Also, while Grae Drake had some of those films right, I can’t believe she put in ‘Rise of the Guardians’. That was a decent kid film, and the title was fine, depicting the plot of the movie. I almost stopped watching at that point…but made it all the way to #28 when she put in ‘The Big Red 1′ . Her emphasis was way off and she obviously has no knowledge of the military and has never seen the movie. This title was particularly apt, since it’s about the Army’s 1st Infantry Division, who’s symbol is a large number 1 in red. I stopped watching her at that point.
