Maybe I am the only person who thinks this, but Eddie Murphy's movies may be bix office flops, but they are not as bad as people seem to make them out. He seems to trend to movies that families can watch. I know that this is a comedown from the potential people saw in him, but I am willing to believe, alot of his choices have been made with that in mind. I don't have young kids, or grandkids yet, but if I did, alot of Murphy's films would be on my dvd shelf.

I would love to see Murphy return to the types of comedy that made him an icon. He could make me laugh like no other.

The last "real" Eddie Murphy movie was probably 'Coming To America' (1988).

BHC3, Metro and others since were OK but just not the same.
