Not only does it have thematic elements, it has nearly identical shot composition in a few, not to mention it looks to have been color corrected to look like the Matrix. The phone, the amount of guns/items in the room, the police room. But than it turned a bit more to The Game for me, with the "missions" they had to do. And to end it was sort of a Die Hard: With a Vengeance with the whole "it's a decoy"-thing going on. I will see this one I guess, but not as first pick.
