I don’t think penny died, did she? Didn’t the end scene cut to him sitting in his house, wearing the clothes he wore earlier in the film? I thought the entire ending was just him daydreaming.

I’ve heard plenty of Bring-back-Penny ideas, ranging from the Bride of Penny to the Zombie Penny to Robot Penny to Clone Penny Multiplicty-style, and I got to say, out of all the options I’ve heard, my favorite is Evil Penny.

Doesn’t matter how she comes back, could be any of the options above, all that’s important is she comes back evil. She could take over the Evil League of Evil, kick Doc Horrible out, and try to take over the world. And then it’s up to Horrible and Hammer to team up and a put a stop to her.

That said, this needs to be a theatrical movie, or at least a longer web series.

Excellent. “The Bride of Dr. Horrible” is much more plausible and enjoyable than the “Zombie Felicia” option in my head.

Woo! This is the Whedon passion project we’ve all been waiting for. I do hope Felicia’s back somehow, although I’m not sure how I’d feel about that. I mean on the one hand, it’d undermine the ending of the first Dr Horrible, but on the other hand, it’s not as if he hasn’t killed people of and brought them back before in other shows (Buffy: “Hey I died twice…”).

Oh, and how could you not like Commentary! The Musical? Did you not hear the Ninja Ropes song? Or Jed Whedons rap? Fillion singing about how he’s better than Neil? The $10 Solo!

Good times.
