Disney+ will add a lot of content in July, such as new episodes of some of its original series, more movies (including a fan favorite sports comedy), and a very successful Broadway musical for everyone to enjoy. Although many theaters around the world are preparing to reopen amidst the coronavirus pandemic, many people will continue staying at home and getting their fix of movies and TV shows through streaming services. Luckily, Disney+ continues adding new content every month, and July will see a variety of movies and TV shows.

Last month, Disney+ welcomed movies like Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, Tarzan, and Tinkerbell and the Pirate Fairy, as well Artemis Fowl, which was originally scheduled for a May 2020 release but the coronavirus emergency pushed the studio to release it on Disney+ instead. June also saw the addition of more content from National Geographic and more episodes of Disneyland, directly from the Mouse House’s vault of nostalgia.

This month, Disney+ won’t have any original movies, but it will welcome Kermit and company and their new show, one of Star Wars’ most divisive movies, a very successful Broadway musical, a fan favorite sports comedy, and new episodes of the platform’s original series. Here’s everything new to Disney+ in July 2020.
