  1. oh man was A good day to die hard a horrible movie. was so bad even joel schumaker (bad spelling) came out and apologized for ruining the franchise before realizing he didnt even direct it.

    • I saw it recently and honestly liked it. It was far better than that mess of a 4th movie.

      • WHAT?!?

Ok, I won’t argue with you for liking Good Day to Die Hard (I thought it was OK) but Live Free was great! Certainty felt like a more traditional Die Hard film than Good Day. Better acting, directing, action, drama… yeah, Live Free or Die Hard was much better. A Good Day to Die Hard had it’s moments as a dumb little action movie with Bruce Willis. But as a Die Hard film? Nah.

  2. We all still love Nic Cage. Yet, how long has it been since he’s made a good movie?

  3. Man, the Unnecessary Censorship video, the news anchor at 0:51 is cuuuuutte…

  4. Live Free or Die Hard was a decent generic action movie. It was also a terrible Die Hard movie. These movies keep getting more outlandish than the last. He’s in a building – he’s in a whole airport – he’s in all of NYC – he’s in the tri-state area – now he’s traveled to Russia. The next one really needs to take it back to basics. Put him on a boat or even in another building… something more grounded.

    • I see your point, but John McClane is at least the same John McClane in Live Free (uncensored version, at least). In A Good Day, he was just Bruce Willis in another stupid action movie to get a pay check. He seemed like a completely different character! He just didn’t have the charisma (or good dialogue) he had in the first four movies. Maybe age really is catching up to him…

  5. The film doesn´t even take place in Russia. It was mostly filmed in Budapest and Serbia.

  6. Is someone at Screenrant on staff with Jimmy Falon’s show?

  7. Does Jimmy Fallon have part ownership on this site or something? Every frickin day it’s 5 or 6 clips from his show. C’mon, is this all there is for “Geek Picks”?

    • Damn. Darren Marlar beat me to it.

  8. Post called “Geek Picks”…Gaming known for being “geeky”…Late Night host has a week of video game related videos, yet people can’t figure out why things are posted? Don’t worry, its over now. I’m sure it’ll be back to random cakes and Star Wars cookies soon enough lol.

    • Bring back the Harlem Shake clips eveyone loves those!

    • Don’t forget the fingernail paint!

  9. The film doesn´t even take place in Russia. It was mostly filmed in Budapest and Serbia.
