I think the darker element is going to be the religious aspect to the villains. I've also read that the film will take place in the UK and involve the vatican.

As long as Cage is still Blaze, and Blaze is still Ghost Rider(perfect opportunity for Danny Ketch to take the handlebars) this movie's probably gonna suck.

The first one didn't really bother me as much as it did for others. For a comic book movie I thought it did it's part. I also have no problem with Nick Cage, he is usually very hit and miss for me. Some roles he fits and I love and some he doesn't and it seems to strip the rest of the movie away. I thought he fit the role of Ghost Rider just fine. I'm eager to see the ghost ride again!

Wow David, that's a nice way of saying "the first one sucked so we have to change it a lot"

My biggest problem with the first one was choice of villains. Cage was pretty decent as Blaze. The villains were horrible. I know the comic has some amazing characters and hopefully they'll take advantage of them in the sequel.
  • Tim "Cloverfield"
    ......(sigh)

I loved Ghost Rider and be down for GR2, Only wonder if Eva Mendes will be back as Roxy, not sure who the villain could be, would have to read Ghost Rider extensively, but other than that I have no problem with a second GR at all.

Great news - I enjoyed the 1st movie - the fact that this year we have only had one Marvel character 'Wolverine' on the big screen...I'm glad at least we're soon to get a load of 'em!!
  • I actually enjoy the first GR and would like to see a sequel

Yeah, the tie in with Daredevil and Ghost Rider 2 has got me really pumped. Seeing as DD was hands down, the best marvel movie to date. I read some SERIOUS spoilers about how the 2 films connect. At first i was a little hesitant, but now i think its going to be really neat. Cant wait!
