Ride with Norman Reedus is the off-season project of The Walking Dead actor Norman Reedus. The actor, who plays Daryl Dixon - arguably the most popular character on the show - is accompanied by a different friend in each episode as they explore motorcycles, shops and restaurants across the continental United States. The first season ran six episodes on AMC and the second is slated for six more.

The second season of Ride With Norman Reedus will take the star a little further out, geographically, than just the continental U.S. Reedus previously teased that he would be hitting up Hawaii with Walking Dead co-star Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who plays Negan. Morgan is not the only iconic celebrity who will be riding this season.

ComicBook.com is reporting that reclusive actor Dave Chappelle will also be showing up on Ride With Norman Reedus in the new season. This comes only months after Chappelle made his big return to tv on Saturday Night Live. It has yet to be confirmed where they will be riding, but since Chappelle lives with his family in Ohio that seems a likely location for the episode to take place.

Norman Reedus as Daryl Dixon in Walking Dead

While Reedus and Chappelle haven't worked together in the past, Chappelle did lampoon The Walking Dead's sixth season finale episode where he appeared dressed as Negan. Since the end of The Chappelle Show on Comedy Central, Chappelle has kept a notoriously low profile, rarely surfacing in the public eye. His appearance on Ride with Norman Reedus will be a rare treat to fans who have had to spend recent years tracking down his sets in comedy clubs across the country.

Anything that brings Chappelle back to television is going be much-celebrated. His Saturday Night Live appearance was met with a lot of excitement and caused a social media storm. With his affinity for The Walking Dead there are sure to be some great jokes and references between him and Reedus that will delight fans of both series. Plus, if Chappelle's appearance means that Ride with Norman Reedus is open to bringing on TWD superfans, then Cosplay Melee'Yvette Nicole Brown's appearance can't be far behind!

With that said, Chappelle Show has been off the air more than 11 years and not every member of Ride with Norman Reedus' audience may be compelled to watch an episode with a superfan, when it stands in contrast to Morgan making his debut in the same season.
