  1. @Vic

    fullscreen? that is so dumb, wide is way better!

    @Ken J

    I was thinking the same idea instead I didn’t replace it, I just took it lol! so she slapped me in the back of the head! I still got it anyways it was worth it lol!

  2. “Guys, you’re not going to believe this: They sent me the FULL SCREEN version of the DVD.”

    The fact that you care about such things says a lot about the site, and its owner/creator.

    I shall patiently await my copy at my Des Plaines mailbox; and thanks for taking the sting out of what was the crappiest birthday on record; first, for turning 46…second, for being in the hospital with pancreatitis ON MY 46th BIRTHDAY…and third, having no solid food by mouth until the last day of my 5-day stay.

    Do I need to send you my contact info?

  3. Dan,

    I’ve got it if you’re the guy in IL. :-) No promises on the widescreen – I’ll do my best but if they don’t replace them there’s nothing I can do.

  4. Why do they even print full screen? I don’t understand the people that buy those… Why would they want to sacrifice 30% of the image just so they can see it slightly bigger??? I think it’s stupid as heck…

  5. Good news, gang! They’ll be sending me the widescreen version of the movie! I should get them in a day or two and then I’ll turn right around and get them out to you. :-D

  6. I am the guy from IL, the one that sent you the Iron Man/Batmobile photoshop a while back, as well as the Rhona Mitra as Catwoman pic.

    Is this one the 2-disc, non-Blu-Ray DVD?

    Still trying to save up for Blu-Ray player, but bills have to take precedence.

  7. The Dark Knight widescreen received! Wow, what a win. Many thanks to everyone here at ScreenRant who made it possible. I am flattered. ~Ciao
