There are only six months left until Marvel Studios regains the rights to Daredevil. After the movie and television rights to the Daredevil franchise reverted from Fox to Marvel in 2013, the latter announced it would be rebooting the character as part of a series of Netflix shows based around the street-level superheroes of New York City. Daredevil season 1 went on to debut in 2015 and was widely applauded for the way it blended stylishly gritty, yet grounded, fighting scenes with an in-depth examination of the seemingly contradictory nature of Matt Murdock (a blind lawyer and man of faith by day, a masked vigilante by night).
The show would run for an additional two seasons before being cancelled in November 2018, following the news that Disney was developing its own streaming service (one eventually called Disney+) to compete with Netflix, complete with MCU TV series of its own. In fact, every one of the Marvel-Netflix shows (including, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and The Punisher) were cancelled in rapid succession around that time. However, due to a clause in Marvel and Netflix's deal, the former is unable to use the characters from those series until two years after their cancellation.
In a recent update to their Instagram account, the Save Daredevil fan campaign pointed out there are only six months left until the Daredevil rights return to Marvel Studios again. The studio will also have the rights back to Luke Cage and Iron Fist by then, after Netflix cancelled both of those series in October 2018. Jessica Jones and The Punisher will similarly become available to them in early 2021.
For the time being, it's unclear if Marvel has any immediate plans to revisit Daredevil upon regaining the rights. Charlie Cox, who played Matt Murdock in all three seasons of the Netflix series, has already said he doesn't expect Daredevil season 4 to happen, and suspects the title role will probably be recast instead. And even in the unlikely event season 4 were to be made, it almost certainly wouldn't stream on Disney+ (due to their show's mature content), unlike The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, and the various other MCU TV series being actively developed for the service.
At the same time, Cox has thanked fans for their continued support of the Daredevil TV show and seems perfectly willing to reprise his role, be it for season 4 or even an MCU movie cameo. If the TV show were to be revived in some form (even as a limited series), it would presumably stream on Hulu, e.g. the place where Disney sends movies and TV shows that aren't a strong fit for Disney+'s family-friendly image. Again, it's probably not going to happen, but it will be interesting to see if Marvel Studios decides to do anything at all with Daredevil shortly after the character is back in their hands.
