so randomdude, you didn’t really read the article thoroughly then…this article was posted October 24 2009, putting it slightly more than a year ago, which according to the writer’s time line about now is when they are starting to film the movie…Good job pal.

Most of you are wrong, as usual: the last 2 Bonds were crapfests; the Bonds have generally deteriorated since the origninal but keep going because attendance has become one of those weird social rituals. In essence, we have very little of the original–we’re stuck with a video game Bond. That’s why the last Bond had no plot–the producers had concluded that the present day devotees were idiots. Thus a plot was considered counter productive.

Please dont call it Casino Royale 3, that disrespects the 20 films that went before. Bond 23 is the only name we have for it at the moment.

Who knows if Casino Royale 3 is gonna have Q and Moneypenny in it. But I feel that since Judi Dench is getting old for the role of M, I think they should offer the role of M to Francesca Annis and the role of Moneypenny to either Kate Beahan or Claire Forlani and maybe the role of Q should go to Charles Dance. Just a thought. Oh and if there be a Ernst Stavro Blofeld, I think Jeremy Irons would fit the role great.

James Bond- Daniel Craig

Ernst Stavro Blofeld- Liam Neeson

M- Michael Gambon

Q- Patrick Stewart

Moneypenny- Billie Piper

The film would open with Bond at a funeral, and we see through flashback that the original M was shot and killed during a botched assassination attempt on the Prime Minister.

I’m working on the story now.
