The CW Thursday Night Ratings Are Strong

Smallville hasnt taken any CREATIVE LIBERTIES.
But it is cool to see people actually supporting the show. Supernatural has been amazing the past few years, in fact since it started it has always been solid scary fun. I havent seen the vampire program, dont think i will bother, if i want vampire angst i will watch twilight!

I WOULD LIKE TO SEE CLARK FLYING ON A REGULAR BASIS..WHEN HE WAS KAL EL..AND HE FLEW FOR THE FIRST TIME..IT WAS IMPRESSIVE,,IVE NEVER SEEN A SUPERMAN REPRESENTED FLYING THAT WAY,BENDING THE AIR AROUND HIM TAKING OFF WITH SO MUCH INTENSE FORCE, DO THAT ALL THE TIME AND IM HOOKED...NO MORE SAVING POWERS TO KEEP THE SHOW FANS WAITING...FLYING IS THE WAY TO GO. VAMPIRE DIARIES, AWSOME SHOW I THOUGHT IT WAS A TWIGHLIGHT RIP OFF AT FIRST BUT ACTUALLY THEY CAME OUT BEFORE THE TWIGHLIGHT SERIES, AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEIR FOLLOWING IT..ITS GOOD.

I ACTUALLY THINK FRIDAYS FOR SMALLVILLE WAS A GOOD MOVE..AND I LOVE WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH IT..WAY BETTER THAN LAST SEASON, I WANTED TO SEE MORE CAMEO'S OR ROLES OF SOLID FROM PAST SUPERMAN IN FILM LORE ENEMIES AND FUTURE ALLIES..ITS REALLY WHAT PEOPLE WANTED TO SEE..I WANT TO SEE IT PAY BETTER ATTENTION TO THE COMIC BOOK,FIX THE POTHOLES AND EXPLAIN WHY THE CLARK KENT WE KNOW IS THE WAY HE IS..THE WHY OF SUPERMAN AND HOW HE DEALS WITH HIS INTERNALS THAT ALLOW HIM TO BE WHAT WE SEE AS A "SUPERMAN"...THE SHOW IS (EVEN THOUGH IT HAS TAKEN CREATIVE LIBERTIES) IS DOING A FINE JOB...

And as for Smallville...this season should have been last season. The show has improved drastically but unfortunately with teh disaster that was last season and with teh show moving to Fridays it has lost many of its viewers. They shoudl move it into a weekday slot, maybe Wednesday or something, even Sunday but Friday is a very poor time slot

I watched the first episode of vampire diaries and I thought that this show pretty much captured everything that is wrong with television and the whole vampire fad. I honestly thought it would have been cancelled quick but apparently the youngsters are enjoying it so I guess I was wrong- I still think the show is terrible.
As for Supernatural this show has just RAISED teh notch on great. Aside from the episode with Paris Hilton ( I thought it was a very weak stand alone episode) every episode thus far has been nothing short of spectacular. The dialogue, the acting, the tension, and the overall result of the show have all been increased and I think that this show is one of teh best shows on television. People hear "Supernatural" and they probably think that it is your generic sci-fi show but they are wrong. It is a very raw, original, and innovative type of series that needs to get more exposure. I am in SHOCK that Vampire Diaries gets higher rating because the quality of that show is pathetic.

In French, if you say the English word "diary" really fast, it sounds exactly like the French word for "diarrhea".

Now, my better half and I had been joking calling this "The Vampire Diarrhea"... then we watched an episode.

It looks like our humour was not far off the mark.

This really is basically "Dawson's Jugular" or "Beverly Hills 9021 0-negative".

It's corny, it's melodramatic, and it's SO obviously aimed at teens and tweens.

I'm sick of the whole goth/emo vampire fad.

Smallville's ratings shot up last week!!! Smallville hasnt had four episodes in a row of such high quality for years, if the writers and producers can keep it up for the rest of the season, there is no reason why we wont be here next year talking about season 10! Still want to see this cast used for a Superman movie, would be a great way to bring Lex back!

Of course, there Friday night ratings have improved over the crappy sitcoms they once had there too, so it's had to argue that Smallville isn't still pulling fans (and that it wouldn't still be pulling plenty more if they hadn't moved it to a death slot). Dawn Ostroff has an agenda against the show, we've known that since she took over, but no matter what she's done yet she's yet to be able to kill it. Frankly since nothing else has worked for them on Fridays I wouldn't be surprised if the show pulls a 10th season despite her shenanigans.
