Personally i think they’ll save the Mandarin 4 the 3rd film due to its need for very hefty visual Effecx + it would make sense story wise :0 althogh i am curious as to where the film’s locations would be…

Of all the Marvel Heroes IronMans rouge gallery has to be the weakest… im not really keen on either villian, but whiplash looks cooler and is much more menacing in the comics/animated series

I dont get why they couldnt just go with Mandarin?

Now that we know the Crimson Dynamo isn’t appearing in the movie (or probably Sega is depicting a different Crimson Dynamo from the one appearing in the movie), I am still wondering how War Machine will be relevant. It’s unlikely that Iron Man would need War Machine to tag-team with him against Whiplash. There could be bigger and more explosive things in the movie that Favreau and the crew aren’t letting on.

I was also stricken with wishful thinking after finding out that Titanium Man was prominently featured in the last game and in no way alluded to in the last movie though.

Looks cool but even with Iron man, why do the suits have to look so cluncky and industrial? I know you can’t translate the comic versions directly onto the big screen(or so they say in hollywood with superhero designs) but I’d love to see something in between. In the comics Iron man’s armor is a flexible as cloth and stonger than diamond. On film it looks more like left over (fenders, quarterpanels, ect) parts from an auto body shop and they are apparently only as strong as industrial grade steel as normal rounds shred themn pretty easy which is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay lame. (My very expensive hand made Katana could punch through and has punched through a car hood maybe i can take on movie Iron Man) Crimson Dynamo was also one of the cooler comic designs as well basicially iron man’s Communist-Obamunist counterpart, just as sleek, powerful, ect. This one looks like a deep sea diving suit crossed with a bulldozer

Not that I have seen. I have been collecting Iron Man comics for the past fifteen or so years so I try to keep up with any IM news. The big news as far as this game goes is that it is written by the current comic book author, Matt Fraction, and that he used this game as a way to better tie in the movie universe with the comic book universe. I have my theories about it, for sure, but he’s been pretty tight lipped on the details so far.

mickey rourke definitely needs full body armor that includes a mask we dont want to see his ugly face in the movie.

I’m sure they will do a great job to bring that to the big screen and make it look realistic but IM will have his hands full. That’s for sure.
