We’re probably still a little while away from getting some official posters for The Twilight Saga: New Moon, the sequel to the 2008 hit Twilight, but at least we have those good ‘ol Twilighters to keep us going until then.
Today we have a few fan-made posters for New Moon for you to check out, and they are pretty damn snazzy indeed:

I’ve really no interest in the Twilight series… just a little too vampire-lite for me. That said, I do quite a bit of graphic artwork on a daily basis (my comic strip, mostly), so I’ve gotta give props to whoever made these. If they’re fan-made, then they still made them look quite professional. Perhaps my only gripe is that they have a very TV/soap opera feel to them, but given the source material, that might actually be an appropriate style choice (not meant as a criticism–honest).

The only way I’ll ever watch anything Twilight is if Wesley Snipes shows up with a samurai sword and a silver bullet filled machine pistol.
That being said, Blade 4 might be perfect counter programming against Twilight.

Wow, I just posted these a few weeks ago on my page and in the same order!! Coincidence?? But what I dont like is that the people who took the time to make these awesome posters/manips are not credited here at all.

I too am a Twilighter.. and if you have not read the books .. have only watched the 1st movie… You are missing out.
The Books are SO MUCH BETTER than the movie.. very addicting and not as “bubble gum” as you may think them to be.
I’ve ALWAYS been a fan of Vampire movie / Books.. so when i heard about the Twilight series .. eh i was a little skeptical, but I FINALLY gave in and am very glad i did…

Hi Lisa, I have the person who made the posters name, with attached link to that name under every post. I hold high standards for giving due credit to those who deserve it. You have a link to a livejournal page who clearly didn’t make those posters and isn’t giving credit to who did!

Of course we noted the source of these posters, check the bottom of the post where it says “Source: LiveJournal (User – excape_07)” with a link to the originating page. Perhaps in your rush to accuse us you missed that…

Hi Vic, I dont mean to cause any problems. But the person on that livejournal is saying they made them when that person did not. They are actually linked from photobucket back to deviantart.com
I just dont feel its fair for someone to call someone elses work their own.

omg these are amazing! I love the one of Jane! i was a little dubious that she could look scary under all the sweetness, but these are great!
I am so glad that Twilight is getting the nominations and the credit it deserves. The cast is unreal and New Moon is going to blow everyone out of the water too! What a great ensemble of talent. I cant help but look at them either so wanted to share all these create photos I found, enjoy twihards!!!
