Here we have some new concept art for Terminator Salvation that has leaked. This follows the new leaked footage we posted yesterday which includes some of the following vehicles from the artwork below. Thanks to io9 for the images.
Unfortunately, the video won’t download for me and it seems to have been taken down on other sites that I’ve looked at so I have yet to see the new footage myself.

Some of the images look awesome, some look out of place. I’m not a fan of the bike or the snake (hydrobot); the hydrobot looks straight out of The Matrix and the bike looks like it belongs in the Transformers sequel. I don’t really understand why the makers feel the need to add these vehicles (apparently 10 new Terminator units will be featured in the film).
That being said, the giant harvester (anyone seen Robot Jox?) and the cyborg looking thing look cool to me – and you can never go wrong with the classic Hunter Killer. Before I give up on the others, I’ll definitely wait and see how it works in the film. It just might be amazing, who knows?

I agree with you completely Rob.
The Terminator soldier looks fine, although I think they should return the old laser weapons from the Terminator movies.
The “Harvester” looks fine as well, but it could have a used little more originality, to me it looks like the bottom half of the Starcraft Goliath, and the top half of the Star Wars Super Battle Droid.
The Hunter Killer is definitely the best of the bunch. (Of course)
And the last two “hydrobot” and the bike, I agree with you Rob. Although I think that both of them look like their strait out of transformers.

That’s some outstanding art. I am jazzed to see what turns out and am also happy to see that they’re taken a “war movie” route for this one. I think that’s going to help capture what is a very desperate and often forgotten spirit nowadays.

do you remember the “ED209″ from the first Robocop film ?
the legs of the harvester, and specially the feet, look just like they belong to the ED209
