Conan O'Brien will be at San Diego Comic-Con 2017 and he'll be welcoming the cast of Game of Thrones. While there have always been talk shows that get higher ratings, fewer talk show hosts have earned as loyal a fan following as O'Brien. Having now been on the air for nearly 25 years, O'Brien -- who began as a writer for The Simpsons and Saturday Night Live -- has managed to both endure and thrive through his unconventional tenure as host of Late Night, his sadly brief stint on The Tonight Show, and his current gig as host of the simply titled Conan on TBS.

In 2015, Conan made a case for himself as perhaps the most geek-friendly talk show host by beginning the now annual tradition of doing a week of shows from San Diego Comic-Con. Each year features an assortment of exciting guests from the world of movies and TV, with 2016's shows including the cast of the then-hotly anticipated Suicide Squad, as well as the stars of The CW's Arrowverse among others. Not to be outdone, Conan's 2017 Comic-Con week guests have been revealed, and the line-up is sure to intrigue many.

According to a release from TBS, the Conan Comic-Con guest list as as follows:

Wednesday, July 19

Stars from Bright: Will Smith, Joel Edgerton, Noomi Rapace, Edgar Ramirez and Lucy Fry.

Stars from Supernatural: Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles

Thursday, July 20

A surprise film cast to be announced

Saturday, July 22

Stars from The Lego Ninjago Movie: Dave Franco, Olivia Munn, Justin Theroux, Zach Woods, Michael Pena, Kumail Nanjiani and Abbi Jacobson

Sunday, July 23

Stars from Game of Thrones: Alfie Allen, Jacob Anderson, John Bradley, Gwendoline Christie, Liam Cunningham, Nathalie Emmanuel, Conleth Hill, Sophie Turner and Isaac Hempstead Wright

For those wondering who Conan's guests will be on Thursday, the only info far is that it is "a surprise film cast to be announced." Conan has scored some big casts for his Comic-Con shows in the past, including The Walking Dead, X-Men: Apocalypse and the aforementioned Suicide Squad. It's anyone's guess as to who the mystery cast will be, but one wonders if it might turn out to be another big superhero cast, such as Justice League or Thor: Ragnarok.

Despite Supernatural's soon to be 13 season run on The CW -- and the series' rabid fanbase -- it's actually a bit surprising to see Ackles and Padalecki on Conan's schedule, as neither actor does talk shows often, and appear together even less so. Their joint appearance is sure to be a real treat for SPN devotees, as it'll be nice to see the show get some love on a platform as big as Conan's. This is the third year that some variation of the Thrones cast has appeared during Comic-Con week, so that seems to be a tradition in and of itself. Not that that's a bad thing.

Conan's Comic-Con week airs July 19, 20, 22, and 23 on TBS.
