  1. Clive Owen was born to play James Bond.

  2. It’s not a remake of the Sam Peckinpah-directed film which was starred by James Caan and Robert Duvall, but also another example of awesome pairing.Statham was actually already attached to this project since last summer, shooting was supposed to start last fall. But now it is gonna be delayed for some time later.

  3. Congratulations Ben!!

  4. This is a good pairing. The choice of pics for both Statham and Owen together shows what this duo can really dish out in this project.
    I am excited.

  5. Agreed. Craig does a good job, but I always thought they'd choose Clive after Brosnan was done.

  6. I have no problem with Craig either, it is the writing that lets him down. I remeber there was talk of Owen taking over the role after Brosnan, but he would only do two movies and wanted a percentage of the total gross. So they went with Craig.

  7. Wow, two decent dependable actors further cementing themselves as “type-casts”.

Me thinks we're just a few films away from seeing them play some family friendly movie like Schwarzenegger, The Rock and Vin Diesel…Pity:(

  8. Thanks!

  9. Awesome first article indeed! Solid casting!

  10. You sure?

  11. I thought the same was really looking forward to Clive being 007 until I saw 'Casino Royale'. I walked out a die hard Craig fan.

  12. I cannot wait!!I really like Jason and I think the pairing is brillent. Now all
they need is Gerry Butler,NOW that would be a movie.
    P.SI liked Shoot 'Em Up.
