Today we have for your several new photos for Louis Leterrier’s upcoming remake of Clash of the Titans from two different sources. From these new looks of the main characters, I’d say that the movie is looking pretty darn good, at least visually.
The new images include several of the lead character, Perseus, played by rising star Sam Worthington and also our very first look at Zeus, played by Liam Neeson. We get a real good look at the aesthetic of some of the massive set pieces and a detailed look at the sweet armor the characters will wear on screen.

If you’re exciting for this film, like I am, these new photos reveal more than the recent behind-the-scenes footage we saw and the previous batch of set photos from back in May.
To start, here are some Empire exclusive images for Clash of the Titans which feature Sam Worthington looking bad-ass in the film which he describes as gritty and harsh.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Neeson is PERFECTLY cast as Zues.
How come he didn’t juice up like this for Terminator?
Neeson is a great casting choice. He was great in Taken and always puts top effort.

There’s no reason for it not to be grey.
Just goes to show how you take on standard ideas of god’s having grey beards.
All I want to know is if Bubo the owl is in this movie.He was so pivotal to the plot in the original,I can’t see how they could leave him out.
I’m sure Neeson’ll make a great Zeus, but he does look as though he’s wearing his old armour from Excalibur. More “medieval” than “ancient world”. Still, gods can wear whatever they like I suppose.

Judging by the fan girl (literally) Neeson is very hot in that armour and beard.
Sorry for this guys, but I had to through this up. My passion always been mediaeval type guy and one thing I love from some movie i.e. LoTR was how close of reality they where in all mayor and minor detail. On this pic I see they mostly try to maintain faithful to the look but one thing I cant understand is HOW IN THE HELL THEY GOT A BARBER SHOP TO TRIM HIS HAIR LIKE THAT IN THAT TIME. There I say it but the rest look good LMAO.
Note: On Zeus hair and beard color he can dye later on, for crying out loud he is the GOD OF OLYMPIA lol.
I’m having a hard time accepting Neeson as Zeus.
The armor looks too much like Excalibur, not very Greek.
