have u seen the krakens face before? it does look much the same as in the old movie tho. but i suppose we wont see its face that much, but more his tentacles and body. i thought the kraken look really cool! hope this plays out to be a good movie. leterrier’s hulk was a good movie so i wud say the odds are nice:p

damn that kraken is a big mother, would have been better if he looked more like a sea creature rather than a ogre kinds thing, the face is what bothers me, looks nothing like a kraken

Yea i agree it might be the hair thing. Worthington is growing on me since I am an Aussie and I’m a huge Liam Neeson fan. Couldn’t really see the CGI in all its glory because it was a low res trailer but the Kraken does look insane. It really had a “god of war” vibe. Hopefully Kratos makes a cameo

Finally got to see it, and I have to agree with DrSam about Worthington; I think the problem may be that his hair isn’t long? That’s the only thing I can figure.

The Kraken was suppose to be a Titan, right? Well, the Titans fought the gods in the Greek myth and by that picture of the Kraken, I’d say the gods had their hands full. Sweet!

Just seen the trailer, and as much as I am opposed to remakes, this one looks pretty spectacular. The only aspect I’m not sold on is Worthington as the hero, he doesnt seem right, cant put my finger on what it is though.

The original version of this movie awed me when I was a kid. Now that I’m older, I think this version will do the same as the original did.
