Thor: Ragnarok stars Chris Hemsworth and Mark Ruffalo are finding creative ways to count down the last 10 days before the Marvel Cinematic Universe adventure finally opens in theaters. The third solo movie featuring the God of Thunder following Thor in 2011 and Thor: The Dark World in 2013, Thor: Rangnarok is promising to be the biggest movie of the trilogy when it opens November 3 worldwide. Already projected to gross more than $100 million domestically in its first weekend, the film also has critics raving and praising the unique vision brought to the MCU by director Taika Waititi.

Despite all the momentum the film has been building since the release of its neon-infused, out-of-this-world teaser trailer six months ago, the cast and crew members behind Thor: Raganarok are hardly resting on their laurels, and taking to places like social media to keep the burning anticipation for the film lit for another week and a half.

New on the Marvel Studios' Twitter feed Tuesday are a pair of videos drawing attention to the 10-day mark before the film opens. In the first video, Hemsworth and Ruffalo humorously break down the time frame before Thor (Hemsworth) wields his mighty hammer once again (that is, until Cate Blanchett's Goddess of Death, Hela, gets a hold of it). Naturally, the countdown starts with days, before the duo then pairs the time down to hours, and then minutes, and having a big laugh about it along the way.

The other video Marvel Studios posted Tuesday also notes the 10-day countdown, but instead infuses the clip with several new shots from the film, along with some stellar quotes from critics who have already seen the film. New footage includes brief clips of Thor, Loki (Tom Hiddleston), Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), and Grandmaster (Jeff Goldblum); and not to be outdone, more of Korg is revealed. Played by Waititi, Korg declares in the clip, "The revolution has begun."

Even though both clips are about 30 seconds long, it doesn't take more than a couple ticks of the clock to feel the fun and affinity for the material that Hemsworth and Ruffalo have both on-screen and off. Perhaps part of the reason the anticipation for the film is building to a fever pitch is because you can feel the excitement of the performers bursting from the screen, in what promises to be the wildest MCU chapter yet.

The great thing is, Marvel has nine more days to roll out some more material, so it will be interesting to see what new and unique ways they'll come up to promote the film as the studio enters the home stretch.
