I like nostalgia as much as the next person, maybe more. But all of these remakes, reboots and recycles make me doubt the ‘value’ of the writers that seemed to be the core point of the writer’s strike a year or two ago.

Summer Glau should be on the top of the list as she meets all of the criteria required for an actress to fit this role (beauty, acting, grace, action, hard worker, great personality). She is a very talented and versatile actress as she had already proven in Serenity, Firefly, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, The Unit, 4400, and many more. Besides, if the rumor is true that Josh Friedman is leading this effort, then he already has a great working relationship with Summer. If successful, this show can certainly further boost her acting career. Best wishes to Summer in landing this role if she gets a chance to audition.

ENOUGH with the remakes already! First it’s remakes of movies now tv shows, I’ll pass. Knight Rider was terrible, Terminator:TSC was no better, and then of course, there’s “V” ugh. Hollywood needs to come up with ORIGINAL ideas, remakes are good for only so LONG. Of course I’m going to be a hypocrite here and say I’s like to see a remake of I Dream of Jeannie.

I can’t believe someone actually liked those horrible Charlie’s Angels movies. They had to be the worst pieces of garbage to ever hit the screen. I could barely finish watching the first on and had NO desire for the second one. If Barrymore is attached to the new series, it is going to stink as bad as the movies.

However, if the trailer has Alyssa Milano in a skimpy bikini, you can bet that I will DEFINITELY check it out.

This could definitely be a vehicle for Summer Glau and Eliza Dushku would fit in just as well.

This idea isn’t that bad. I, for one, was really disappointed Knight Rider didn’t last longer, because I thought it had a lot of promise.

If we’re remaking classic TV shows, though, I’d definitely like to see some more Incredible Hulk. It’d be kinda like Sarah Connor Chronicles. It would exist outside the current film continuity.

Those shows were good for the time back then,so obviously they don’t really hold up now,but Hollywood does need some fresh ideas.Rehashing the same old stuff has gotten very stale now.Some have been good,but more times than not,they have been bad.

a plague of epic proportions needs to wipe out all of hollywood and its writers. i’m so sick of remakes and reality tv. it gets worse and worse every season. none of these shows were good back in the 70′s and 80′s (seriously, go back and watch them, they suck. we only liked them because we were young and impressionable) and somehow with some of the decent talent we have out there, we can’t make any of the remakes any better. they are equally as bad as the originals.

I actually really like this idea! The movies were really entertaining, exciting and funny; I’d love to see that every week!
I love the idea of Summer Glau and Eliza Dushku as angels! They were so good in their respective shows(Sarah Connor Chronicles & Dollhouse) would be soooo cool!!!!
