Marvel put up some new character shots yesterday for X-Men Origins: Wolverine so I collected them (along with some from last week) for you to check out.
You may recognize some of the pictures as a few of these were used as background images on the official X-Men Origins: Wolverine site – The same site where we got our first sample of Gambit speaking.
The best part about the images is that we get two of Gambit – probably because he’s amazing. We also get one of each other major character except for the Blob. That means no Cyclops, Emma Frost or Beak pictures. Speaking of which, we’ve not seen one thing of Beak at all – I wonder how the character will look in the film. Beak (aka. Barnell Bohusk) is played by Dominic Monaghan (Lost, Lord of the Rings).
I don’t know about you folks, but I can’t wait for this flick!

The massive cast for this Wolverine movie includes Hugh Jackman, Live Schreiber, Ryan Reynolds, Lynn Collins, Danny Huston, Daniel Henney, Taylor Kitsch, Kevin Durand, Tim Pocock, Tahyna Tozzi, Scott Adkins and Will.i.Am.

I am crazy excited for this movie. I know its cliche, but wolverine is my all time favorite comic character. Im huge on superman, but he even tops that for me.

Not really a big fan of these pics, Jackman looks cool but the others…
I must say, the initial fears of Gambit being done wrong are starting to melt away.
He’s truly looking badass.
wolverine is the only one, imo, that looks bad ass. everyone else ranges from whatever to lame. i’m not liking the wardrobe they went with.sabertooth doesn’t look like himself, thought i think Schreiber can pull it off, in just a still it doesn’t show it. gambit is somewhat convincing. i want them to put them ALL, at the level that they seem to keep putting wolverine.

Deadpool as weapon XI. Cyclops, Storm, Emma Frost, the Blob and rumors of Mister Sinister. The title should be “Wolverine and the Ultimate Universe of random mutants and such.” The movie probably wont suck but if your a true fan it will still be disappointing.

They’re awesome because they’re the best character shots we’ve gotten for the movie and because we finally have some good ones of Gambit and Wraith. That Wolverine one is the best I’ve seen of him too.

It’s sad. I loved the first two X-men movies, was excited for the third but was ultimately disappointed. I am not excited about this movie at all. I was never a fan of Wolverine to begin with, though.
i have seen the prerelease of this movie and it is quite good
i was actually a little disapointed w/ gambit
imo he should have a little shorter hair and a stronger jaw
he reminds me of johnny depp as willie wonka
storm and mister sinister are not in the movie and the blob is only in one scene (funny)
i can’t wait to see the final draft
