I’m sorry but “Terminator:SCC” just went the wrong way for me to get past the pilot. They just should have called it Terminator of the week. TOW for short. We’ll see if it has legs for a full second season.

Bruce Boxleitner in Heroes? Awesome! I love that guy.

and to ‘the old man’, that’s too bad you don’t like the show. Maybe you can re-watch on DVD before season 2. I thought it was a fantastic show, and kept the exact feel of terminator (in a non R-rated way) and paid tribute like it should to the first two movies ignoring the horrible third movie.

TOW did get better as the season progressed, slowly tapping into the mythos of the terminator world to lend legs to the story.

But I get it. It seemed pretty canned to me at first.

Damn, as soon as I watched the season finally I was worried that Ruby wouldn’t be comming back.

As much as I love that the show focuses on the relationship of two brothers (and the badassery they get up to of course) I tend to think that the lack of other reccuring charecters hurts the show. I miss Jo, now Ruby, hell I’ll even miss Bella.

OldMan, I’m not gonna try and talk you into watching TOW but yeah It did get better toward the last 5 epsodes.
But yeah its camp, Terminator 101.
I dosnt hold the same quality and vfx as the first 3 films.
I don’t think it would have garnered such a big audience without the WGA strike going on during its first season. (I think that was planned, btw.)

Bruce Boxlietner on Heroes is great news. That show has a great habit of casting sci-fi Icons. Very cool!!
