Now that I’ve got your attention, yes, Carlos Bernard, who played Tony Almeida on 24, will be appearing in the upcoming back half of season 3 of Burn Notice.
Details on whether he’ll be a client or a nemesis of Michael Westen, played by Jeffrey Donovan, has yet to be disclosed.
Carlos already filmed his role and now, all we have to do is wait until Burn Notice returns from its midseason break. Grr.
I know you can’t cross franchises, but wouldn’t that be sweet?

There’s been a ton of great guest star actors on the show, and now they” have one more. I hope it isn’t a recurring character though. Whenever I get used to one they knock off that character or they write them out just when they get interesting….that’s not a total bad thing, mind you, but I do think they need to stick with a character who just becomes a thorn in the side that pops in and out and stays there.

Tony is a great choice for a guest star. Burn notice just keeps getting better! One of the best shows on television IMO.

I like that they bring in characters for just one or two shows and they’re done. Shows you that minor characters can keep the show fresh being used sparingly.
