This article doesn’t make any sense when it comes to the tweets issue. Every actor updates what is going on in their life and the new projects they are cast in or hoping to be cast in. Also, they said something about “relative unknown” Johnny Pacar. Johnny Pacar is more well known than Ryan McPartlin, who’s statement is speculated as to be aimed at Pacar. Maybe you should find a 10-25 year old girl and ask them who Johnny Pacar is. Chances are they will tell you, he’s currently co-starring on ABC Family’s Record-breaking new show, Make It Or Break It, who comes back for a second season at the end of this month. I had no idea who McPartlin is. As for CMM, he’s an incredible actor but picturing him as Captain America seems that he’d be too pretty boy. I think Chris Evans is perfect to play big screen versions of comic stars – but I highly doubt he’ll do another one after his amazing run with Fantastic Four.

I hope that neither of these two actors is chosen! The movie is called Captain America, not Dawson's Creek! We need someone who can act! Not a teenage hearthrob to try and get young girls to see the movie!

I agree. The role definitely needs to be more of a mid-30 type guy. I just don't believe the likes of a God of Thunder and a multi-billion dollar tycoon would listen to anything some young-20-something would have to say.

Chad Michael Murray as Captain America? Let's see a “sickly young man, enhanced to the peak of human perfection”, of course that must be Chad Michael Murray! At least Murray meets the first part. Come on, who exactly is he going to fight, maybe Peter Parker before the spider bite? Unless they are trying for the “Twilight” crowd why not find someone with a little more size and a little less pretty!

I think doing Captain America is great, but he should be an older generation superhero than a young person in their 20's. My reasoning for this is that a young person would act cocky and not take roll of a leader. So, someone in their mid-late 30's would show leadership skills and knowledge to command the Avengers. I mean, unless you gearing up for an young Avengers movie, I think if you have someone young to start with this film, then you might as well rate the movie PG instead of the PG-13 to R rating that most of us die hard fans want to see in some comic book movies. The Dark Knight came pretty close to R rating, but that's DC comics. Last thing, Chad Michael Murray really? Just because someone can act the part doesn’t mean they can look the part. The same goes for the other guy, same thoughts vice versa.

Out of these two, definitely Ryan McPartlin. I truly think that he would be an Awesome Captain America. He is amazing on Chuck and I think that the role of the Cap would suit him well. Honestly, I like the sound of him being named Captain America than I do a lot of others that have been rumored to take the role. Although, I also think that Jensen Ackles would be a good fit.
