Things are looking up for the star-spangled Avenger. Brothers Anthony and Joe Russo, directors of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, are already impressing Marvel Studios with early cut of their film and are in talks to return for Captain America 3. And as Disney and Marvel gear up to release their expensive Super Bowl commercial for Captain America 2, the marketing floodgates are opening and we got the greenlight to share an in-depth interview we had with star Chris Evans while on set last summer.

Along with set visit coverage and several new behind-the-scenes photos, Marvel Studios launched a new set of character-specific one-sheets for The Winter Soldier, featuring three returning heroes from The Avengers - Steve Rogers (Chris Evans), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson).

There are four in total with the titular hero gets two versions - one with and one without his new helmet, the first where his ears get a little air. That lack of ear coverings represent just one of many changes to Cap's costume in The Winter Soldier compared to his WWII and Avengers outfits. From the imagery released from the movie so far it the color red has been removed entirely from the character's black ops suit (inspired by the Secret Avengers series in Marvel Comics) and his shield has the red paint mostly rubbed off, likely from battle.

As for the other two, Fury is seen in command of a S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier first seen in The Avengers  - and as we learned from the Captain America 2 trailer, there are many. Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow is sporting another new hairstyle, one that fittingly matches the character look from Ed Brubaker's The Winter Soldier comics where he brought Bucky Barnes (The Winter Soldier) back to life - the basis for the film.

Here are the official photos we were able to share alongside our set visit interview with Chris Evans:
