On March 11th, "Boondock Saints" will be playing in theaters nationwide for ONE NIGHT ONLY!!!! Personally, I can't wait to see the flick on the big screen!!!! It's gonna be so badass....

I’ve been a fan for 10yrs and it was truly disappointing to find that I’d have to travel out of state to see it… which aint gonna happen. Get the movie down in NC.

It really pissed me off to learn that I may never get to see this movie in the theater, I have the first one on special addition dvd and saw it the one day it was in theaters in ’06 (still have my ticket stub), I even have their “VERITAS,” which is Latin for “Truth.” and “AEQUITAS,” which is Latin for “Justice/Equality.” tats on my left and right hands, respectively.

Yep, good advice. Hopefully you follow your own advice for movies you’re not looking forward to so there would be more tickets for the rest of us who are.

I don’t intend to watch this movie. It’s a rental at most, but most likely it will be so far down my list of movies I want to rent that I’ll never have the time to get to it…

I just saw it here in LA and it was freaking AMAZING!!! I was hesitant at first but the movie was awesome and the last few minutes just brought everything together. I really recommend it to those who like the 1st one. For those that didn’t, stay away, this is not for you and let us enjoy without the negative comments. GO SEE IT GUYS!!! DEMAND IT!

Saints II needs to come to State College, Pennsylvania. We have an army of Penn State college students dying to see this film, not to mention us “locals” who have invested weeks in watching the first one over and over again

I would “demand” this in my area using EventFul if their privacy policy was worth anything. I really don’t like sites that pretend to be helpful while phishing for email addresses and offering them up to their partners. Of course, they won’t “sell” your address, but they will share it.

I was pretty upset I was at the movies with my girlfriend and have been waiting ever since watching the first one when it came out for BDS II and for them to not show it anywhere near Chicago or Indiana?! I really wish this would come out over here.

I think that this limited release stuff is crap. I first saw a trailer for it in the theatre here in Oklahoma. Was really excited about it. Then it isn’t even playing here. I have a group of about 30 people that would have been willing to drive to Dallas if it would have opened there, but I guess only people in New England like the Saints. There are some hardcore fans here, people with all kinds of Saints stuff, from shot glasses, t-shirts, to necklaces. I wear my hoodie everywhere and everwhere I go I get commented on it, and how much crap it is that All Saints Day wasn’t released here. I guess the Heartland didn’t get the release becuase we already cling to our guns and our religion LOL AEQUITAS/VERITAS

Thank you for the information. The original Boondock Saints is one of my all-time favorite movies and I was unhappy to hear that for now it will only be playing in New England. I think everyone needs to demand it be played elsewhere and hopefully it will eventually become as widespread as Paranormal Activity.

And it’s playing a mile from my house!

This blows! I followed Troy Duffy’s official YouTube.com channel for the last 16 months, which he updated almost every day with videos about the making of BDS II. I was really looking forward to the, ‘Yes we’re getting a theatrical release.’ that he kept boasting about. He didn’t mention it would only be a limited release in New England states. Troy, not all of us live in New York or Boston! AGH!!

This sucks.
