I just received Seasons 1-3 of Sons of Anarchy as a Christmas gift. Was on a marathon watching them all early in the new year. Anxiously awaiting Season 4 to be released on DVD.

I have watched every episode including the very first with in the last few weeks…I have to say that it is my opinion if you see beyond the violence and the back street justice you will see that with S.O.A. it is all about family…I have to say my favorite character is Gemma…She is definitely the leading lady …. I look forward to season 4 starting!

OMG I love SOA. I have been following it since day one. I love Jax and Opie. I don’t really know what happen to Jax ex she came back then she was gone. what happen? She should stay. I really do not care for the doc. The ex gave her a good run for her money, and it’s nice to see that the ex was trying to put her life back together. I missed last es. So I am sooo excited to see next weeks es so I can catch up. Thanx SOA. keep up the great work!

I love Sons of Anarchy!!! It has so much grit and you never know what’s going to happen next. Jax is just so cute and you get the feeling that deep down he is a good guy just caught up in a bad thing. Katey Segal is also amazing in her role. I too was a Rescue Me fan and hate that it ended the way it did. Hopefully Sons will be on for a long time cause I look forward to it every week.

Man this show is off the hook. I do not ride & never been on a bike but this has me intrigued each week. I just got caught up on the 1st season through reruns and im all caught up. I really wanna see how the whole Tig killn Donna gonna play as the show plays out… When does half-sack lose the prospect monicker? Being a biker never looks so cool

I love Sons-the characters are excellent, gritty and make me cringe alot of the time. They never do or act the way I want them to (Jax cheating on the Doc with his slimey ex-ugh! Ron Pearlman doing Half Sacks girl-ugh ugh!) and the way it ended last week made my skin crawl. Sweet Adam Arkin is a Neo-Nazi rapist? Holy Moly! But it’s because I’m so dragged into the story that I feel so deeply. I love Jax and Opie. I don’t necessarily LIKE anyone.

I hope this show doesn’t fade like Rescue Me did. The last season of Rescue Me was absolutely dreadful. Watching Dennis Leary have sex for 20/30 minutes per episode and having to watch Sheila on screen made me want to throw something at the TV. They seemed to run out of good ideas and it turned into a joke imo.

I see more promise out of Sons Of Anarchy.

Shield, watched every episode 2 times, one of the best shows ever made for sure. The season (4?) with Forest Whiticker (sp?)was absolutely brilliant.

last ep was crazy!. And graphic, honestly rescue me is one of my favorite shows. with these fx show though man.. there are some scenes that will make you take a step back and hit you with some hard realizations.

like tommy carrying his son who just got hit by a car, or like what segals character went through in the last ep. The shield with one friend grenading another friend.

on this subject id like to say thank you to fx for bringing some quality gruesome captivating shows for me to watch

nip tuck (first couple seasons were amazing)
rescue me (wtf are they gonna do next sea)
the shield (lmao, ending was perfect, office space)

I wonder how many people watching this show also ride bikes? +1 for me.

It’s much better than I thought it’d be (not patronising or condemning)and Katey Seagal is excellent (she’ll always be Peg though), I never got the Hamlet link before but it’s obvious when you say it.

Looking forward to the 2nd season and I’m only halfway through the first!

I love this show! It’s like the Sopranos for a new generation, as I have seen it put by some critic or another. The evolving story line is refreshing from the host of serialized shows that are on these days. The whole bad guy of the week thing gets so old!!!
I currently don’t have a TV so I wasn’t able to catch the premiere of the new season but I have watched it on the net and I own season one on DVD.

Great GREAT show with some very underrated actors. Ron Pearlman doesn’t get enough exposure. Katy Seagal (sp?) is also surprisingly good in a drama role. Jax, I’m still not sold on, but the things I don’t like about him are the things that make his character work.

Furthermore, they cast Henry Rollins as a white supremacist!!! That guy has screen presence for sure.

Funny thing is, as a motorcyclist myself, I hate harley guys but love this show lol.

I enjoyed season 1 and did catch last week’s first show. I think being a biker myself is part of the appeal, but honestly, i enjoy the show for the well done drama and character builds.

but i can see why people have a love/hate relationship with the show.
