Falcone was just a wrench when removed makes way for the sequel. Scarecrow was just a beacon for whats to come. Also in one site i visited they said that the escapees from Arkham included Mr.Zsaz, Man Bat, Penguin and the Mad Hatter. Just watch the scene where Rachel's holding a kid and a guy with a knife coming at her. The guys behind him looks very much like the mentioned baddies. 7 villains and we don't know who played 4 of them. And yes, his (Superman)heritage has to start with a wedlock child.
