Big Brother 22: All-Stars is at its halfway point of the season, which means that come finale night, the remaining houseguests will be in the jury or be one of the final two houseguests. It seems that this season of BB has been run by the majority alliance (named The Committee), with the evictions that have taken place each week within their control. Normally, during a season of Big Brother, alliances would be formed inside of the house, but during All-Stars, there has been a lot of speculation about pregaming that allegedly took place before the houseguests stepped foot inside the house. Despite this, recent past seasons of BB have been a lot different than the current All-Stars season.

In the new school seasons of Big Brother, the players created alliances in the game and used those alliances to get them further in the game. A lot of times in the new school seasons, when it came down to the eviction, houseguests were not afraid to throw rogue votes or go against what the house wanted. That is the opposite of what is currently happening during this season of BB: All-Stars. Throughout the game on BB 22, the house has stuck with the majority, and have stuck with who everyone else wanted to be evicted from the house. There was a case of rogue voting when Dani and Enzo voted to evict Kaysar instead of Janelle during week three of the competition, but that was the only time that has happened so far, and they only did so to cause a little drama and commotion in the house.

Right now, it seems like the Committee has been running the game, with every eviction this season orchestrated by them. According to some of the all-stars this season (and many fans), former winners Derrick Levasseur and Dan Gheesling were allegedly pregaming before the game even began, which led fans to believe that the said pregame alliances were then created once inside the house. According to Derrick Levasseur via Twitter, the pregame alliance was something that never happened.

In Big Brother, pregame alliances were never formed, as all of the houseguests were strangers who did not know each other. There is speculation that there was a group chat created before this season began, which helped certain players with forming an alliance before stepping foot inside the house. This makes for a very different game than what we have seen before. It means players may have already mapped out the moves that they are going to make in the game.

It is pretty clear that this All-Stars is not like the new school seasons that fans have seen before. The majority alliance has been in control for a good portion of the season. Viewers will have to keep tuning into the show to see if that alliance crumbles or if they make it to the final six of Big Brother 22: All-Stars... and then start picking each other off as they have planned.
