Starting off our list is one of the earliest portrayals of a villain in cinematic history, the Evil Queen. As the antagonist to the young and beautiful Snow White, the evil queen wants to be the only source of beauty in the kingdom.
Like any true Taurean, she values beauty and is self-made, taking matters into her own hands when the job can't get done. Add in the fact she was determined enough to kill Snow White just because of her looks.
Ultron - Avengers: Age Of Ultron (2015)
Ultron was made famous as the antagonist in Avengers: Age of Ultron and left much to be desired as he didn't get past the movie. Although he was made artificially, Ultron had the determination and patience to carry out his plan and taking down earth's mightiest heroes while maintaining a level headed and well-spoken attitude.
He made himself a threat out of sheer will and refused to take no for an answer, even if that meant having the whole world against him.

Imhotep is the undead mummy that gives our bada** protagonist a lot of trouble. As a villain, he's patient, calculated and he values having power and being on top.
