Either could make sense, but I think motion is what you’re looking for.
Second that notion works well enough, as you support for the idea/notion being expressed.
However I believe the phrase originally was used in the context of board meetings, council meetings, where a motion is proposed and then needs to be seconded in order for a vote to take place.

I love the Harlem Shake vids, but I have to say, that ‘Best of Web 4′ was AWESOME! Those people have really grabbed the Earth by the balls and said ‘BRING IT ON b****!’.. it makes me wish I wasn’t such a couch potato-video gamer and had some ambition, lol.
That stress commercial/prank was freakin’ awesome (and kinda’ mean!) lol!
Finally, it’s good to know we can move to Canada in the event of World War Z.
