The Rock has a daily diet that consists of 5,165 calories. This comes out to seven meals a day, totaling 10 pounds of food a day!

The food he eats is as healthy as it is hearty, and it allows him to work out as much as he does. the formula he has for his diet and exercise is so spot on that it allows him to maintain the tree trunk thighs and the pillars he calls arms. The Rock's diet is composed of: 36 oz cod, 12 whole eggs, 2 cups oatmeal, 12 oz sweet potato, 4 cups of vegetables, 8 oz chicken, 6 cups white rice, 2 tbsp fish oil, 8 oz steak, 12 oz baked potato, 30 grams of casein protein, and spinach salad. Most of us don’t even see this much food when we eat with our families, let alone by ourselves!

In order to understand just how insane this is, Buzzfeed had one of their workers attempt the Rock diet for just a day. He ended up throwing up and didn’t make it past half of the day before quitting. The Rock is known for his immense strength and feats achieved thanks to his strength, but even his eating is an act of power and motivation.

With Dwayne Johnson’s rising fame in the world of movies, his box office draw only continues to grow. The Rock is an unabashedly huge dog lover and constantly leaves a barrage of photos and videos of his dogs playing.

Many stars, especially ones that regularly sell themselves as family friendly, refuse to curse on their social media, even though most adults do it regularly. The Rock on the other hand does it regularly and it only makes him more personable and hilarious. Recently, while shooting Central Intelligence with Kevin Hart, The Rock uploaded a series of Vines of himself on set. Corresponding with Kevin Hart, both actors created hilarious videos of themselves facetiously complaining about the set.

If you have never heard of or seen Screen Junkies, you need to look them up on YouTube right after this. They are nerds, like all of us, who make some great video content like "Movie Fights" and "Honest Trailers." Their resident “Movie Fixer” Nick Mundy is a hilarious comedian who always shows up on the Screen Junkies channel and has made a name for himself in their Movie Fights videos. A running joke that Nick has with Screen Junkies is that he and The Rock are best friends, and The Rock has even joined in on this sentiment. They have tweeted back and forth and had hilarious movie junket interviews where The Rock actually remembers Nick and does more than play along with Nick’s odd jokes.

Earlier this year Nick was getting married and Screen Junkies had dropped this fact randomly for several weeks. When San Andreas came out, Screen Junkies sent Nick to cover the junket once again. Little did Nick know, Screen Junkies and The Rock came together to prank Nick into a pop-up wedding officiated by none other than Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson himself!
