Real Life Marge Simpson

Real Life Marge Simpson 570x849 SR Geek Picks: Bane Cat, Real Life Marge Simpson, TMNT Shrek and More

As part of his remarkable series, “The Art of Face“, Russian photographer Alexander Kholov along with make-up artist Veronica Ershova and hair stylist Mikhail Kravchenko, transformed a model into a real life Marge Simpson, the beloved mom from the long-running Fox Network cartoon, The Simpsons. The centerpiece of the makeover, however, was the re-creation of Marge’s towering blue bouffant, which was made with chrysanthemums which were spray painted blue and attached to a wire cage.

  1. you guys are just posting taco bell commercials as legit videos now? man I used to look so forward to geek picks every day, but now…it’s like you stopped trying…just one or two decent items and a bunch of jimmy fallon clips

    • Rather a taco bell commercial than more Fallon.

Seriously there are more late night shows than Fallon.

      • Tell me about it!
Fallon, wtf. His skits are funny 25% of the time.

Don’t do Daily Geek Picks if you’re forcing it. It’s okay, I understand.
        Quality over quantity people

  2. Balrog Highlight (Mike Tyson Street Fighter parody)got me… lol

on a side note it made me remember how much I dislike the name changes…Why wasn’t he called M. Bison like in the Japanese version back then?

  3. What irks me is having to wait 2 mins for the Geek Picks pages to load, as well as the large increase in adverts, viedo of the day (That’s always the same video) and banners etc…. I know that’s the price to pay for a site getting more poular, but it really is completely different than it qas a few months ago. This site used to be pretty annoyance free, but it is gradually becoming more like every other site. I always get alerts from my internet security about suspicious content on the site too. I never used to get that.

Apart from that I still enjoy the content. I do understand that the bigger the machine gets, this kind of thing is inevitable.

    • *popular* *was* – I actually may start spelling it “qas”, It kinda works in a funny way. (^-^)

    • my ad blocker gets a high score everytime i come on this site now

  4. The “Turtles look like Shrek” issue is a bit of a ridiculous complaint.

    • but it is funny.

  5. Banecat, Star Wars symphonic and Mike Tyson highlights were all awesome.

I normally like the news bloopers, but they played it easy using the LA earthquake stuff and a radio prank phone call. Not true bloopers.

  6. I love Star Wars stuff!! Keep it up!:))
