Joss Whedon’s The Avengers remains the crowning achievement in Marvel Studios’ movie universe thus far, so expectations are sky-high for next year’s sequel Avengers: Age of Ultron. Whedon started production the project in South Africa just last week, so it comes as little surprise to report that the first fan-shot images and videos from the set have emerged online.

Age of Ultron takes place in the aftermath of previous “Phase 2″ Marvel films, which means that set leaks could end up revealing details about the upcoming Captain America: The Winter Soldier, in addition to (obviously) Whedon’s actual movie and the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in “Phase 3″. Those who are especially sensitive to SPOILERS of any kind better batten down the hatches during the months ahead; those who are curious to see what tidbits the first set vids/photos have revealed (or hint at), read ahead to the next page.

  1. Either:

    * Quicksilver’s burst of speed during a getaway while SHIELD ops approach causes a sonic boom that pushes the truck aside

    * Ultron has something to do with it

Honestly, I saw the video clip before reading the rest of page 2 and never got any Hulk vibes at all. Still though, reminds me of spending every day for 13 months watching videos like this while they filmed TDKR and wondering why there were 3 Tumblers driving in fake snow. Pretty cool.

Also, yay to Tom Hardy joining Cillian Murphy and Helen McCrory in season 2 of Peaky Blinders.

    • So Bane has joined The Scarecrow in Peaky Blinders, huh??What is Peaky Blinders anyway??

      • It’s a historical drama based on real events that happened in Birmingham, England just after World War 1.

Basically, a gang were called the Peaky Blinders because they wore flat caps with razorblades sewn in the edge so when they headbutted someone, they’d cut them, usually the eyes.

Sam Neill was also in season 1 with a perfect Northern Ireland accent playing a police chief from Belfast that traveled to Birmingham to try and stop the gang while the gang leader (Thomas Shelby, played by Cillian Murphy) was trying to set up business interests to gain some power and wealth in the city.

That’s just a brief description of episode 1, there were 6 in total.

    • I thought the same, I didn’t see any Hulk vibes at all either, but I don’t think it’s Quicksilve trying to run because why are the people running, and where are the suposed SHIELD agents.

      • I figured they were running because of Quicksilver possibly being seen as a terrorist/threatening something and then the sonic boom causing them to run even more.

Where are the supposed SHIELD agents? I take it you missed the convoy of vehicles driving towards the truck’s location then?

  2. link 1…is that how they shoot Hulk cgi hahaha…i thought it was Buddy from Cake Boss delivering a Hulk cake

    • LMAO +100000000

  3. Yeah, that could be many different things. Most of the Avengers could push a truck. I still don’t know why a hulk movie is such a question mark. Why do articles keep talking about this?

  4. I bet you Hawkeye was sent to bring Hulk back to America for another ‘war’ and things got out of hand

  5. Hulk Smash?

  6. I’ve got to remind everybody that movies are never shot in order. They are shot based around actors schedules and the locations in which they are present. This scene could very well involve ULTRON or could be an after credits tease for all we know.

    • Which is why I said Ultron as a possibility in the very first comment.

    • The reason they are saying it is Hulk is because in another video clip there is a hulk head prop being filmed for light reference for animators that is being s*** next to the truck that gets smashed and spun.

  7. I would guess either Hulk or Ultron because of the screaming before the truck gets knocked sideways.

  8. one of the videos shows them carrying around a hulk head

  9. Thats Ultron bithes!

  10. Get out of here troll

    • They’re still in the infantile stages of filming, it doesn’t even make sense to fall for whatever link you’ve posted.

Repost everywhere if you want a chance to see the X-Men represented properly possibly in our lifetime.
They may even team up or go to war with the Avengers someday… siiigh.

    • The world won’t last forever, son.

Just enjoy your life and watch the films while we still have a functional economy and society.

  12. Probally Ultron taling Some namens in Search of vibranium for huis body heading to Wakanda. Hulk probally Willl stil be an avenger at the end. He probally will give the final epic blow to Ultron. (Togheter with Thor)

  13. It would suck if the Hulk were attacking the people in that scene. The Hulk is a hero who is supposed to smash evil not become evil! Enough with the whole hulk becoming evil thing it is foolish! The way his character was set up in The Incredible Hulk and The Avengers, the hulk is a hero. The Hulk is just as much a hero and an avenger as all the rest! If they wouldn’t turn any of the other heroes evil then why would they turn the hulk evil?! If they think that idea is going to get them money they are dead wrong! Seeing a hero turn evil is not what most loyal hulk fans would want to see. As most superhero fans tend not to want to see their favorite superhero be turned into a villain! Who ever came up with that idea should be fired. If we ever do get a sequel to the hulks movie, I would not want to see the hulk carry out missions for shield. Hulk smashes evil when he wants to, he only follows others orders in the avengers movies. Besides, doing missions for shield is more Captain Americas thing anyway. If marvel really wanted to appeal to hulk fans, they would just show us a solo sequel with Banner controlling the hulk. I think that was the plan for Bixby’s hulk before he died. But if anything, I would hope that if this scene had anything to do with hulk, that it was hulk smashing a villain. I mean no offense to fans with different opinions then mine so please do not start an argument. Also, I know this is a long comment so please don’t attack my writing either.

  14. Having just seen the special, I’m all the more pumped for this scene.
