It seems to me that every other week we discover a new X-Files 2 plot “spoiler.” Every time, I duly inform you of said spoiler and then I tell you that I don’t believe that it’s true, and that it is just Chris Carter’s way of trying to stop people like me from letting too much of the story out into the public domain.
Fair enough, I’m quite enjoying this little game, and I can’t wait to see this film when it hits the big screen this summer.
We have seen everything ranging from “leaked” call sheets, a supposed werewolf picture with Chris Carter and even a beautifully photo-shopped picture of David Duchovny mid-werewolf transformation.
Now for yet another news update.
According to XFilesNews.com, Scully works as a doctor in a hospital and the film will be pretty gory: featuring a scene where a woman’s head is chopped off by a “crazy man.” [I don't know how gory this can be if it will no doubt be receiving the mandatory PG-13 rating to bring in the kiddies. - Vic]
We can pretty much bet money that this film will not feature lycanthrope action, but if not that, then what will it be about?

Now, I don’t believe this picture for a minute, it’s just too damn obvious.
If there is a kiss in this film, then I’m going to guess that it is a platonic one, possibly at the end of the movie.
In my book, this is just more of Chris Carter pumping out disinformation to try and keep the plot a secret and confuse online bloggers. He’s doing a pretty good job of it too!

Does it have to be fake? They were a couple by the time the series ended. Them kissing isn’t a huge event like it was when the 1st movie came out.
Hope there’s more to the film than a kiss and a beheading.
The only reason I can’t immediately discount the photos as fake is because the video that accompanies them (which Flynet also posted) clearly shows a crew filming the action. I doubt even Chris Carter would bother to waste his crew’s time and film on leading us around by our noses.
Wow I sure hope this X-Files film isn’t a romantic adventure into the Scully and Mulder love affair dynamic…

I just think that there is more to this film than people believe, and I wouldn’t be surprised if people are shocked by what they see when this bad boy is released in July.
I wouldn’t put anything past Chris Carter!

You know, its not a secret that Mulder and Scully were very much a couple by the X-files last episode, did you even see the final season? Scully had his baby?! I cant see this being a shock to anyone.
Why wouldn’t it be romantic? They had a baby together. They pretty much held each other shaking in hotel room the last episode and they have a connection they could never have with another person.
<.< I don’t think anyone really doubts they’ll be together what I’m really excited about is what they’ll DO together in an Xfilesy way. I imagine Mulder as some apathetic highschoool Mathteacher who swears a lot and eats disgusting health food on lunch.
XD I bet that’s his cover and scully gets to be a Doctor or ironically a nurse. since they’re still on the run I bet they have really humiliating jobs like nurse and highschool teacher .
Then BOOM they get pulled right back in by a chain of events and it LOOKS like chance but they’ve really been VERY closely following whatever deviant they’re chasing and hijinx of the gorey kind ensue. With some lighter moments of snuggling and kissing in driveways.
