Ok, so you already know that Thomas Hayden Church has been cast as a villain in Spiderman 3… but which villain? Now that is the question.
The following may be either an “oops” moment during an interview, or just misdirection, but the thing is that it actually makes sense.
Tim Phoenix is a special effects guy who did work on Spiderman 2, and is currently working on Where the Wild Things Are, and the Pirates of the Caribbean sequel. During an interview with a local paper in which he talked about how fortunate he feels with all the big projects he’s been fortunate to be involved in he apparently let slip that he was working on conceptual designs for the upcoming Spidey flick.

Now here’s the thing… the previous two films have featured (thankfully!) just one villain each, so two villains would not seem to fit the mold of the first two films. However… Venom is a completely logical choice for a villain in this third film. Fans have been clamoring for it and personally, I think it would rock.
For now file this as “65% internet rumour”, but man, it sounds good, don’t it?

We could also be looking at a third villain, since the second film made it clear that the Green Goblin legacy was going to continue.

Yeah, they did leave it open for Hobgoblin, but I’m hoping they leave that one be… maybe for a fourth film. I’d love to see a well done Venom as the villain.
Of course he is one creepy looking dude, so it would be a high wire act to keep it PG-13 while still making the character scary and effective.

Thomas Hayden Church will play Eddie Brock( aka, venom). J.Jonah Jameson’s son will take a trip to space where he brings back the suit to earth. Eddie Brock is working for the Bugle untill Peter Parker writes a story exposing Brock as a fraud journalist. Eddie leaves the Daily Bugle in shame, and ends up at a nearby Church.. Where he encounters the symbiot suit that will eventually bond with him to become Venom..
Where are you getting your information? It’s been pretty well established that Church is in fact playing The Sandman and not Venom.

sandman is definetly not going to be the villain in spiderman 3.neither is the chameleon. there are lots of reasons why i think so. so many people wouldnt like spiderman 3 if sandman or chameleon would be in it because first of all, both of them are boring and unpopular villains. second of all, venom is probably the coolest most popular and dangerous villain ever in the whole spiderman series and hundreds and hundreds of people would agree with me. the story would be alot better too if it was about eddie brock and the symbiote costume and how he turns into venom. and anotherthing is you know how they came out with a couple of those spiderman animated series videos after the movies were made? like after spiderman was made with the green goblin, they came out with the animated video with the green goblin. then after spiderman 2with dock ock was made, they made an animated spiderman video with dockock in it. now they have an animated video with venom in it. also carnage. so that means they would have to make a spiderman 3 with venom and carnage in it. if they were to have sandman or chameleon in spiderman 3 then they probably would of made an animated video of sandman or chameleon. and they also said that thomas haden church has been working out and beefing up every day just to play this villain. i dont think they would have the poor guy do that every day just to play the chameleon. i mean come on the chameleon is a wimp and hes not really a fighter he just morphs into other people. and why would he have to work out every day just to play sandman because the sandman is just a living sandman. his whole body is just made of sand so i wouldnt see why he has to work out every day just to becomea sandman. one more thing, thomas haden church would be a really good eddie brock/venom if he works out enough and topher grace would make a perfect cletus kasady/carnage if he grows his hair out and dyes it red… well thats it

I have heard that Raimi prefers the classic villains and that Venom will probably not be in the film… but who knows?

I just found out 2 days ago that topher grace will be venom and thomas haden church will be sandman! it said on the news and they were having an interview with kirsten dunst and she said “maybe i shouldnt of said that” this is cool and it is not a rumor

Spiderman 3 is going to have venom but spiderman turns into venom. if you read the comics venom was 1 of spidermans costumes then that other guy( i forgot what his name was)got it. in the movie there is a black slime stuff and when peter is sleeping it goes on to his costume and now the costume is black. but peter doesnt know it is black. in one scene he is hanging upside down from a building looking into a window and u see his costume black but he sees it as the regular costume… And they are having sandman as the villian. they are not doing anything with harry and the green goblin yet.

back to the anonymous post.topher grace will play venom from what i heard on the computer.couse if you find a picture of thomas haden church,and then look at one of topher grace,then watch a trailer of spiderman 3 with eddie brock in it,and you will see that topher grace looks a bit more like eddie brock than thomas haden church.any way i heard that thomas haden church will be playing sandman in spiderman 3
some of you might have heard that carnage is not apearing in spiderman 3 and sandman is taking his place.and i think i know how eddie brock turns into venom.spiderman fights of the simbioute in the church.but eddies trying to get a picture of spiderman for the daily bugle,then spidermans simbioute drops down a hole falls onto eddie.and spreads across his body,so the simbioute turns him into venom.go onto youtube and then search for venom on the search bar,you will find a video of venom running up to the screan.and you will find one of the most funniest videos ever if you search for dancing venom

i like carnage and venom.and i made a costume of them with paper masks and paper symbols,but carnage does’t have a symbol.so i just made 2 of those things that hang off his body,venom is probably my favourite character in the whole comics,cartoons,and even movies when he is in spiderman 3

i could answer that godfather & spiderman 1 & 2 thing,i think most newest movies are better gustav,but i think watching spiderman 1 is even better than watching all those movies at once
you know i sent in that messege telling you that i made a venom & carnage costume.well i will tell you how to make one if you don’t have enough money to buy one.its simple,you just get some black red and white paper.cut the shape of venoms head out in the black paper.then cut out the shape of venoms eyes with the white paper then stick them on with either bluetack or glue then cut out the mouth with white paper add some teeth.then cut out the tongue in red paper,draw a line down the middle,stick the tongue onto the mouth.and the cut the symbol in the white get a plane black tshirt.if you do not have a plane black t shirt just get a black t shirt with a logo and turn it inside out.then get some black pants.it does not matter if they are plane or not.then lay the tshirt on a table or the floor then stick the simbol on the tshirt with bluetack then get some alastic for the mask.and your done but if you want to add a affect get some silly string and hide it up your sleeve then press the spray and it will look like you are shooting a web like venom does.i think he does anyway

ALBERT i think i could help you with that sims thing just have a rest wance it starts annoying you.or leave it for a few hours,have a short 10 minute game,this normally works with me.go to sleep and you will find that in the morning you will be refreshed and get a bit better at it.if this does not work look for cheats on the internet and you might find a few tips and codes
i know that carnage apears in ultimate spiderman book 11 and venom book 6

an eletronic green goblin glider is so cool!it is a thing where it has buttons on the back of the thing that you hold it by.and one button make realistic gun sounds.and the two top buttons make the glider spin both ways.and the button on the front of the thing you hold it with shoots the explosive pumpkins when you put them in.i got it at a shop at blackpool.called instore simbioute spidey is so cool dont you think
