That seems to be a fairly common strategy among actors who don’t want to do a particular project. They toss a stratospheric number up in the air, figuring they have nothing to lose either way.

With numbers like that being bantered about, I hope no one in Hollyweird is wondering why it has become so expensive to make movies these days.

Well I’d understand if it was a boring role and with no chicks…..

After experiencing the “Everything or Nothing” video game, I lost all faith in the franchise– then again, Pierce Brosnan WAS in Dante’s Peak. Look at the facts, here: “He’s destined to be C-List at best.”

Bring in someone sharp, British, and much more cool than Brosnan…

… Okay… I can’t think of anyone.

“Okay… I can’t think of anyone.”

Apparently, neither can the producers of the film. 8)
In Brosnan’s defense, he has done some good work. I really enjoyed watching him in “The Thomas Crowne Affair” and I hear he was great in “The Matador” at Sundance.
