Vic,that’s amazing!! Will you be posting the trailer on the site for the unfortunate ones among us (myself included) who won’t be able to make it to the con to see it? I hope so. Boy,do I hope so!!

Over the past few weeks I’ve continued to get excited about this movie, and right now I think it’s gonna be awesome!!

BTW…..since Jon Favreau is reading our posts (very kind of him,and on behalf of all the fans,I thank him for that) I have a favor to ask him:
Jon,ol’ buddy ol’ pal,do ya think that one day you could maybe put the classic armor in one o’ your IM films, one day,ya know, please,ol’ buddy o’ mine. Just someday,ya know,Jonny (may I call ya Jonny?)ol’ pal?

Ahem…….moving along……..thanks (as always)for postin’ this SWEET stuff,Vic.

Vic,

Speaking of cameos — do you think there will be anything for us “comic nerds” ? I was talking with a good friend of mine ( Shellhead fan for life ) and we spoke about how cool it would be to hear Toni mention meeting someone named Steve, bumping into a woman named Natalia, or even Wanda.

Also, they have the cast list as Jeff Bridges playing “Stane/Iron Monger” and even though Terrence Howard is simply listed as “Jim Rhodes”, do you think they’ll mention War Machine?

I wouldn’t put it past Favreau to put in a few touches for the fans. In regards to War Machine, I’ve heard that they’re laying the foundation for that and a Tony/Rhodey rivalry in a future IM movie.

BTW, you should send your friend over to advancediron.org if he’s a huge Iron Man fan. There’s a forum full of Iron Man fanatics over there. :-)

Ahh, as much as I would love to see a War Machine movie after they get his origins out of the way — I still have to say the Man vs. Machine story arch when he battles his suit in the jungle is my all-time favourite.

But still, seeing the MarkIII armour, I’m almost scared to see what they’d do with a sick design like War Machine.

Thanks for the response,

Reverend
