That short, Batman:Dead End, was good. It took time for Quicktime to show it, but it was worth it. The Joker looked better than the Nicholson version.

That “Batman: Dead End” was truly awesome! I can’t wait to see what the next Bat-feature will be like. I’m glad someone had the guts to make a good Bat-flick and one that didn’t make fun of itself.

VIC,

I should like to commend you for having hosted [THE] BATMAN?: DEAD END here in your domain, despite the cost to yourself.

So long as people like yourself continue to support the efforts of upcoming talent, mediocrity shan’t continue to reign unopposed.

??Be seeing you!?

This batman movie was awesome. What hollywood needs to do is get ahold of this and make an actual movie of just batman and the pred. Dead End was AWESOME!!!

Emilio,

I think you’ll be pleased with the upcoming Batman movie. Chris Nolan really seems to have a grip on the character.

I just watched Batman: Dead End, and I was totally blown away. The stuntwork, acting, and costumes were just great. I was especially impressed with actor Clark Bartram, who played the title character. It was as if he stepped right out of a comic book. Director Sandy Collora said that he hopes to make a sequel to this movie - I am eagerly looking forward to it.

Hello:
I wanted that they could help me, I am cinema student in the city of Queretaro, Mexico. and they asked me to take a script of some shortfilm, I thought of Batman dead end, but I don’t find the script in any internet part, if although it is somebody I could send the dialogues they would be very grateful, my language mother is not English and there are many things that I don’t understand well.
Thank you.

I loved it. The two last Batman movies were horrible. And this, this is a masterpiece, a work of art. Thank you Collora for rekindling my obsession for Batman.

“BATMAN: DEAD END” blew me away, now this is how BATMAN is suppose to be, dark, gritty, and gothic. They even nailed the costume to a T like in the Alex Ross paintings. If you haven’t seen “WORLD’S FINEST”, by all means do so when you get a chance. Michael O’Hearn is perfect for Superman as well as Clark Bartram is perfect for the role of Batman. Sandy, keep up the good work.

If someone came to me and said lets make a short film about how batman is about to put away the joker put away the joker then gets ambushed by the aliens and predators I would never speak to them again. This sounds like the worst idea ever. But the director pulls it off. I love this because it actually has some deep dialog for a short film. It has some good action sequences and I like the classic style bat costume. This is an awesome way to spend 8 minutes.

This short kicks ass! Much better than Batman begins, which sucks big time.

I agree that “Batman: Dead End” is great but “Batman Begins” certainly isn’t terrible. I think it’s the best of the Batman movies yet.

absolutly awesome, I would pay to see a sequel.
With all the bad movies that hollywood puts out Why doesnt somebody see the potential millions to be made with this. I personaly have seen this short movie a hundred times.

Maybe I missed something but what the hell did I just watch? I understand the whole Alien Vs Preditor Vs Batman and all….but why? I don’t get why the short movie was made of that. Would of liked to see the Joker in action more instead. But it was somewhat enjoyable though, so props.

Vic said,

LOL, yeah… I think really he created it just for fun and to highlight the FX. I know there are a lot of haters of this short film out there, but personally I got a big kick out of it and thought it was pretty well done.

That was totally awesome. This short totally beats the sagging tail of AVP and AVP2. This guy better make tons of $$$ on what ever he does from here, because he has killer talent. Has he done any major works or really anything we can check out??

Vic, you rock man.

LOL, yeah, I love this fan film. Unfortunately I don’t know what Sandy Collora is up to these days. It’s like the guy’s fallen off the face of the earth.

I’d love to know what he’s up to. Actually I think I tried contacting him but never heard back.

This Batman short is better than most big budget feature films, it’s freakin’ awesome! Is there any way I could buy it on DVD? I would really like to see it on the big screen.

No, but I think you might be able to find a higher-res version over at Sandy Collora’s website.
