Another Reason To Watch Comedy Central

lilbush Another Reason To Watch Comedy CentralComedy Central has always been hit-or-miss for me, especially for the past year or so. (Naked Trucker?! What the heck was that?) But with the addition of Lil’ Bush, things really seem to be back on track for Comedy Central. This makes the third Comedy Central show to make it on my “must see” list; the two others are The Daily Show and South Park.

I’m not quite sure how I can describe Lil’ Bush to you, so I won’t even try. Even the previews can’t quite do it justice. All I can say is that it’s one of the most hilarious shows I’ve ever seen. It’s not perfect by any means; some parts of it are kind of hokey, especially the bits with Bush’s rock band. But imperfections aside, I can’t remember the last time a 30-minute cartoon had me laughing so hard. It’s definitely worth checking out. The season is officially over, but they’re still showing reruns. You can find a schedule here.

  1. Hey, Brian! You’re back!

    What’s going on?

  2. I watched it, it was funny in some parts. That’s My Bush! was funnier, by the South Park guys, who had to wait for the 2000 election mess to sort itself out before they could make it (it could’ve been about Al Gore, too).

Anyway, South Park is still king for me and probably a good yang to S.P.’s ying, if you will.
