		<description>Jim,

LOL, yeah the public is a fickle beast. :-) On the other hand you have daytime soap operas that have been running non-stop for 40 years.

Go figure.

<description>Predictions as to the other traveler? I think it&#039;s dear old dad. Or maybe---his grown son from the future!

Besides Lost, aren&#039;t these character-driven unfolding mystery/continuity shows pretty much doomed? (And I&#039;m not so sure about Lost with its Sopranos-like schedule). We had Jericho, The Nine, Daybreak, John Doe, maybe Firefly (I didn&#039;t watch it). And I assume Farscape and Battlestar Galactica just couldn&#039;t bring in new viewers, as they became more serialized.

There&#039;s Kyle XY, and Smallville...for the easily entertained, I guess. (Me!)

<description>I have to agree that this is one of the better shows on the air this season, and it was one of only two new shows that I&#039;d been looking forward to watching when the season began. However, I am not surprised that it&#039;s coming to an end after only half a season. That is not uncommon with shows I like.

Still, I have to applaud the foresight of Mr. Falls. He said he wrote this one so it could serve as a series finale, even before the decision was made about whether to order more episodes. It may not answer everything, but if it was designed the way he said, I believe it may well be satisfying.

And of course, there are the DVDs he mentioned, which may, potentially, have bonus material that will answer some or all of the questions remaining after episode 12. They may not, but at least the potential is there.

<description>It sucks that these shows are hit double hard during this strike...
^

I mean look at &quot;Heroes&quot; calling the next episode the &quot;Heroes Finale&quot; and 2 Heroes die!
Man that sucks.. That means that certain actors took on other projects when the strike hit and T.K. did alter the storyline the last few episodes to eliminate them. I think he planned ahead to do both since we have seen him kill HRG and bring him back anythings possible.
^
I&#039;m looking forward to viewers respones to tonights Heroes???
^
Also I bet, George Takai&#039;s character isn&#039;t totally dead...&quot;Not when you can alter time&quot; I bet Hiro finds a way...
^^
Journeyman canned?!! My last post was based on the masses and the be all end all ratings. I kinda liked the show and thought it had promise...
Journeyman needed time to improve. It had a cool premise &quot;time travel&quot; they could have done alot with this concept now its flushed...
It sucks!!!
^
But with enough fan support NBC might change their minds?? You never know...
^^^^

<description>I thought it was great how it was, which should have told me early on that it wouldn&#039;t last. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

<description>I think with a different lead actor and a tighter story this show might have been a hit.
Also a different timeslot would have helped.

<description>Heroes, which has finally picked up steam, ends next week. So Journeyman #12 will have to stand on its own?

Reminds me of Fox&#039;s John Doe and ABC&#039;s Daybreak. Poor Moon Bloodgood. She keeps running out of time! Daybreak never gave the slightest clue how/why the day repeated. (Fans who watched online episodes were screwed even more.)
