In a Reddit thread started by user u/jeannetru, many fans showed concern about a brown spot inside Angela's lip. One fan wrote, “I hope she saw a Doc or got herself tested. I had a friend with lip cancer. Looks very similar but it could be anything. She is not very compliant with her health,” Some 90 Day Fiancé fans suggested it could have been a burn because of a cigarette or some kind of “pipe” that Angela uses for smoking. Someone else suggested Angela could be biting down her lip frequently out of anxiety which may have created a wound. However, another user pointed out that a burn would heal and fade over time, but Angela’s hasn’t. To them, it looks like Angela’s dark spot is “getting more noticeable,” and want her to get her lip checked out.
Angela Has Not Commented On The Lip Scare
It was sometime in May 2022 that fans started noticing the spot on Angela’s bottom lip. It could be that it was around for some time, but by then it started to get more prominent.
