  1. Whoever wrote that double takes thing isnt very bright.

    • Totally agreed. It was rather silly.

        The images of people running from explosions, I half expected him to add in a shot of Lars Ulrich doing the same in Metallica’s “I Disappear” video to add to his point, which was rather…..I dunno, one of the words SR bans you from using, I guess. One that starts with S and rhymes with “cupid”.

        I assume that article was one of those “look at me, I’ve been to/am currently in film school and trying to appear smart and in the know” things. Seen those before, especially in the music, media and drama classes I used to take back in high school and college. The kinds of people who try way too hard to get noticed by the teacher and seem equal to the star pupil who’s just naturally brilliant at it and just loses respect for doing so instead of waiting their turn.

        Saying that, how about that Seinfeld actor “looking into legal options” after being replaced as the voice of Splinter in the new Turtles movie?
