Not to criticise too harshly, but it looks amateur to be considered high level film production quality concept art. I do like the three legged look, however, I prefer this version for the living space jockey:
The space jockey had no trunk or snout as depicted in the illustrations. In Alien the fosilized trunk looking construct was a life support apperatus like our pilots wear. I would have their technology morph around them…in other words the pilot seat he occupies would connect to him in a semi-symbiotic fashion. It would be interesting to see the xenomorph that emerges from a space jockey…as they adapt genetic traits of their host…the xenomorph would be roughly 2x as large as the ones in other movies making it rather nasty…especially if its a queen!.
