Merry Christmahaunakwanzikah Eve, everyone!

In the spirit of giving, Disney has released some new pictures of characters from Tim Burton's upcoming adaptation/sequel to Alice In Wonderland.

So far we've gotten looks at major characters like The Red & White Queens and The Mad Hatter - but what about our other crazy friends? Well, wait no longer because we have quality pictures of quite a few familiar characters from the world of Wonderland.

The March Hare, the Dormouse, the Cheshire Cat, The White Rabbit and The Caterpillar - they're all here, and they've all got some famous voices bringing them to life.

The Caterpillar is voiced by Alan Rickman, The White Rabbit by Michael Sheen, The Cheshire Cat by Stephen Fry, The March Hare by Paul Whitehouse (The Corpse Bride) and  the Dormouse is voiced by Barbara Windsor.

After viewing the latest trailers for Alice In Wonderland, I'm not sure how I feel about the film. It's one of those stories I just feel weirdly protective of because I like it that much. I'll be honest: though I've enjoyed adaptations of the story on both the big and small screen - in animated and live-action form - I don't feel like anyone has been able to truly capture the brillance and magic of Lewis Carroll's story.

Maybe Tim Burton, Johnny Depp and some Disney digital 3D can change that? We'll see.

I do have to confess: I'm liking the character design of The March Hare a lot  :-) .

Alice In Wonderland will be in theaters on March 5, 2010.

Resume your holiday celebrating.
