Former 90 Day Fiancé franchise star Liz Woods has dropped over 20 pounds in the last few months, and her outdoor photos prove that she now has a slimmer figure. The 30-year-old woman is known for her appearance on 90 Day: The Single Life season 1, during which she pursued a relationship with the controversial (and much older) star, Big Ed Brown. Unfortunately, things didn’t work out well for the couple, as they broke up multiple times during the last year, due to Ed’s shenanigans.
The past year affected Liz mentally, as she had to deal with a lot of stress. However, many 90 Day Fiancé fans believe that being with Ed has also impacted the 30-year-old mom physically. A reality TV viewer recently shared a before and after comparison of Liz on Reddit, stating the opinion that she'd lost her charm after being with Ed. Others agreed that Liz’s appearance had drastically changed, and blamed her beau's negative energy. They also felt that the famous 90 Day Fiancé star had aged significantly since she gained notoriety.
While fans may think that Liz has changed for the worse, her fitness posts tell a different story. She has recently shared comparison shots of herself celebrating her new body makeover milestones. She revealed that she had reached her weight loss goal by dropping 20 pounds. She is now looking forward to going much further, by participating in activities, such as dancing and marathons.
