While the Potthast family has earned steady viewer criticism from 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? viewers, Libby's mother upset fans by sharing homophobic content to her Instagram account. 90 Day Fiancé viewers have disliked Andrei and Libby for a long time given their rude and entitled attitudes. However, many fans equally dislike the chaotic Potthast family. Now, viewers have discovered that Libby's mother is no better than her and her siblings.
Sunday night's episode of Happily Ever After saw the Potthast family drama continue to unfurl. Andrei got what he was after when patriarch Chuck agreed to let Andrei work one-on-one with him in the family house flipping office. However, not having to work with Libby's siblings didn't improve Andrei's relationship with them. The Potthast siblings accused Andrei of using their father during a family yacht outing gone wrong. Though Chuck hoped the family could go on an RV trip together, his children expressed outrage over the idea of being in close quarters with each other. Libby and her sister Becky even threw fists after Libby accused her family of insulting her husband.
One viewer took to Reddit to reveal a post that Libby's mother shared on her Instagram. Libby’s mother shared a photo of a rainbow that read, “Rainbow… a promise of God, not a symbol of pride.” She then captioned the image, “True meaning of a rainbow is God’s promise to us in Genesis 9:13-17, not about pride.” Many commenters called out Libby's mother and her entire family for their behavior. "I have seen the a******s of Libby, Jen, Becky and Megan (all on OnlyFans)- tbh I think that’s the largest collection of family nudes that’s exist on the internet - I challenge you to prove me wrong," one commenter wrote as they slammed the family. Many commenters were unfortunately not surprised to see more bad behavior from the family. "Libby’s family gives me real toxic vibes. So I’m like… not shocked," another commenter wrote.
